This is CRAZY...I thought we left Utah!!! This snow storm was one of the worst ones in 50 years! The crazy thing about it is that they have no snow plows or salt...just sand. So the roads were horrible. School was canceled the whole week before Christmas. (Church was cancelled 2 weeks in a row.) And the 2 week Christmas break turned into a 3 week break!!! We were completelly snowed in...something that would never happen in Utah. We were lucky to have snow chains so we could get out once in awhile! 
John & Tanner were pulling sheets of snow off the trampoline.
Our neighbors lined these gigantic sheets of ice in front of their house...crazy!
There are 3 layers: 1st layer was 1 foot of nice & fluffy, 2nd was an inch of ice, and the third layer was another foot of fluffy snow that was rained on and froze...this became very hard, crunchy & dangerous to walk or drive on!
The back deck...it apparently rains & snows here horizontally!
