Our trip to the Zoo

What started out as a discouraging trip to the zoo turned out being a very fun trip. So...this is why it started off lame.... yep...a bus. We went to the parking lot where we have always parked & they were full...which wasn't surprising sinse it is small ($ seves as a Parking lot for the Childrens Museum as well.) Anyway they detoured us right out of there & miles away to some business complex where we had to load onto school buses. We almost decided to change our plans because we thought it might be busy there.Ikn all the times we have ever gone tothe zoo we have never had to be bused in.

The kids were thrilled...well Emma was...she was so proud to be on the bus!!! Actually the bus wasn't bad at all & the zoo wasn't nearly as packed as we thought it would be. Our kids were able to get up personal & see all the animals. And surprisingly enough alot of animals were actually awake!!!All the kids loved the animals but the expression on some of these kids faces were better than the animals themselves. Malia & Carter love dogs & cats so you can only imagine their interst in these BIG animals!Check out Emma & Kiali!! Strike a pose girls!
